"Every team in this division and in football has to deal with it."

Naturally but the point is some teams i.e. the bigger ones have larger squads to deal with it.

Obviously not Leicester. Villa.

Re: Latest BFS Evening Standard column
We will win at least four more games. 55 points. Stoke, Leicester, burnley and Newcastle - let alone Villa away.

Two off our best showing since 1985/86. Probably a positive goal difference for the first time in decades. We beat last year' stop two at the Boleyn.

For me five of our six best players this season - Adrian, Jenkinson, Cresswell, Collins and Kouyate were all Sam signings.

Sakho the other.

Yes, what an awful time to be an Iron.

I fucking hate this cunt, excuse after excuse after excuse. Does he think he is the only manager that has to deal with injuries. Every team in this division and in football has to deal with it.

when did your ambition get so low and your acceptance of under-achievement gather mometum?

why do you think this bloke can step up to make us a regular top six club?..as that's what the clubs spend and general circumstances should have us as- bare minimum

''The season collapsed at Christmas''

"Disgrace if he goes", Ernest? Are you sure about that? Why would it be a disgrace? Yeah we all know where we were in 2011 - Carlton Cole could still kind of run a bit - but we really do need to look forwards and not back.

Re: Latest BFS Evening Standard column
Respect to you Ernest. 5, 10 even 15 years ago Big Sam would have been just what we were looking for. Stability was what we craved and needed as a club. However times they are a changing. We are about to move into a state of the art World class Stadium with World class Transport facilities. The West Ham of old won't do anymore. They only way the OS is going to work is if the Owners Manager and Team strive to become World class. Unfortunately Big Sam falls way short of that mark. I actually like him but he aint the right man. He has exceeded he ask till now but he cant take the club forward in the direction it needs to go. I just hope the owners have a plan cos if the dont I only see more heart ache and grief for loyal fans like you.

Love the abuse by the way. Proper West Ham that.

Go home and away. 40 years a fan. East Londoner.

My opinion. Deal with it. I can respect other points of view after all.

Sam is all right by me. I was there 6-0 at Reading, 4-0 at Newcastle, 4-0 at Bolton. All in recent memory.

He ain't the best but he ain't the worst.
